True Blue Terms and Conditions
Program fees for the next quarter are due 2 weeks before the end of the current quarter to secure your child’s position.
If quarterly fees are not paid by the due date, your child’s position cannot be guaranteed and may be forfeited.
We accept cash, cheque, debit or credit payments. Please note we only accept visa and Mastercard.
Lesson fees secure a place in our program regardless of attendance. To ‘save time’ and ‘save stress’, True Blue offers unlimited makeup lessons for pre-marked absences.
Makeups roll over from season to season whilst you are registered in the program, they will not expire.
Makeup lessons must be booked online up to six days in advance.
Absences must be marked in advance and allow makeups to be done prior to the absence.
Makeups cannot be guaranteed, as they are subject to availability.
Makeups do not transfer between locations.
In the event of cancelling a child’s place in the program, the remaining credit will be held toward future lessons. The credit will be calculated and prorated from the time of notification.
As a general rule, no refunds will be given. In extenuating circumstances management may authorise a refund. The refund will be calculated from the time of notification and will include a cancellation fee equal to one lesson when notification of cancellation is less than 48 hours.
From time to time, individual and group photos are taken for publicity and advertising purposes. I have read and understand the True Blue PAYMENT, MAKE-UP LESSONS, CREDITS AND REFUNDS, ILLNESS terms and conditions and I understand that my child’s likeness may be used in True Blue publicity and advertising from time to time.
In the interest of keeping True Blue a safe place for everyone, especially the kids and our staff, we ask for your support in keeping your kids away from lessons when they are unwell and possibly contagious.
